Wainaganga Bahu-Uddeshiya Vikas Sanstha, established in 1990 under the leadership of Dr. Brahmanand Karanjekar, is committed to promoting education, cultural growth, and socio-economic development. Dr. Karanjekar, an accomplished educator with a background in science and law, has held prestigious roles, including as a former member of the Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board and Nagpur University Senate. His vision is to uplift society through accessible education, and today, the Sanstha oversees ten thriving educational institutions.

The college, recognized by the state government and R.T.M. Nagpur University in 1993, offers a range of programs, including B.P.Ed., B.P.E., and M.P.Ed. courses. While the B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. programs are approved by NCTE, the B.P.E. course, being a standard 3-year degree, operates outside NCTE's jurisdiction and does not require additional approval.
